This will help the government to track the farmers when the government requires. Under the scheme, all farmers will be holding their land registered. So, the state government had started an IT Wing for updating the land record on the same date of transferring. The update of the land will also be made in the passbooks of the farmers as soon as one buy a land or sell a land.

Elimination of Corruption: This scheme of Farmers Free Pattadhar scheme was introduced in the state so as to eradicate corruption in the state. The scheme also solved many disputed of the farmers for the land within the state. This scheme ensured a transparency among the farmers and the state government.

Distribution: After the passbooks are printed, they were distributed among the farmers for free. 71 lakh of farmers were benefitted under the scheme. The farmers holding a land must go through the registration process and ensure the details in the passbooks by the state government on the inaugural day of distribution.

Exclusivity: This is the special feature of the Farmers Free Pattadhar scheme. A unique number is given for every farmer on their passbook. Also, the Aadhar number of the owner of the land was printed in the passbook of respective passbooks. These passbooks are also updated on the regular basis such as bank account details, etc.

New Policy: With the scheme of Farmers Free Pattadhar Scheme, the state government of Telangana had planned for a new scheme for the benefit of farmers. The new reform policy is named as the “Land and Reforms Registration Policy”. All the information on the land of farmers was updated on the website called as Dharani.
